Canceling & Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled via the App or your device's app store settings. Refunds follow the app store’s rules and SoberYou’s internal policies.
7. No Guarantees or Medical Claims
SoberYou is offered “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding specific results. The App may not be free from interruptions or bugs. It is intended for educational and motivational purposes — not as a substitute for professional or medical advice.
8. Limits on Legal Responsibility
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the App.
Lost profits, reputational harm, or data loss.
Issues arising from your reliance on app content or features.

When participating in community spaces, you agree to uphold a respectful, safe, and constructive atmosphere. This includes:
Treating other users with kindness.

Violating these principles may lead to removal or account suspension.
10. Ownership of Content & Rights
All designs, text, code, and brand elements within the App are either owned by SoberYou or licensed for our use. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any content without express written consent.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features, laws, or business operations. We’ll provide notice of major updates. By continuing to use the App, you accept the revised Terms.
12. When We May End Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SoberYou at any time, especially in cases of:

15. End User License Agreement (EULA)
SoberYou is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SoberYou mobile application (“App”) on devices that you own or control. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or included content;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
- Use the App in any unlawful way or in violation of these Terms.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SoberYou.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions made using the App. SoberYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
If you are located in a country subject to U.S. export laws, you represent that you are not on any U.S. government denied-party list and will not use the App in violation of export restrictions.
Apple is not a party to this license agreement and is not responsible for the app’s performance, support, or any claims arising from its use.
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal matters will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local law.
